What are the basic cares to have with a Barrel?

Once used, never let the barrel dryout of liquid. Avoid leaving the barrel in hot or dusty areas.

What´s The Char? How does the barrel get´s influenced by?

The char is the process of changing the structure and chemical composition of the wood, Light, Medium or Heavy. The temperature provides scents, flavours, and colors that allows to caramelize the existent sugars in the wood and tranform it's aromatic profile.
 

Can i costumize my Barrel?

Yes! Clients need to tell us what type of logo (Design or text) they want to engrave on the product, so we can give a price. It can be done by serigraphy or engraving.

I purchased a Barrel, and now what?

By purchasing one of our products, quality is already guaranteed!​

Just wash the barrel with water to remove some impurities and it is ready to use.

There are a few more tricks, but it depends on the liquid you choose to store in the Barrel.

How can i order?

We prefer that orders are always made by email, thus avoiding exchanges or forgetting in the warehouse.

Does my product have warranty?

Yes, 15 days.

I need to buy 100 barrels, do i need to pre paid anything?

Yes, new custumers pay 50% of total.

And the shipping, how is it done? Costs?

Depending on the quantity and country, it is usually made of wooden pallets, plasticised with film.

Smaller orders are packed in cartons.

Shipping cost is borne by the customer.
